Appart'City Classic Limoges

I was surprised to see the low Google Maps rating, because I thought this place was great value. The location is good, parking is secure, and we were upgraded to a room. There’s a water dispenser in the lobby, and breakfast has plenty of choices, including omelets. The staff were attentive and efficient, and it felt like they treated guests like royalty. There are some pretty houses nearby that seem typical of Limoges. We’d gladly stay here again next time we’re in Limoges.

The staff deserve real credit, especially Celia, who patiently put up with my schoolboy French. The hotel is in a beautiful spot right by the river, and breakfast was just right. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, whether eating out or cooking for ourselves. If you’re planning a few days in Limoges, this is a great choice.

We had a terrible experience next door to our flat: two dogs howled and barked nonstop from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. We called reception, but the call was automatically sent to the call center and nobody answered. The hotel manager didn’t respond either, and customer service never replied after we raised the issue. Avoid.

We stayed at Appart'City Limoges for one night while traveling as a family. The facilities were great, and there were enough kitchen utensils for us to cook comfortably. There were plenty of beds too. It was very hot outside, but we still had a good stay and felt rested for the drive the next day. I’d recommend it as an overnight stop.
