Our room was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The host also gave us plenty of tips on things to see in Limoges. We spent one night at Hotel de Paris, a charming old place renovated with a lot of taste. It’s right in the centre, with a car park next door. I’d definitely recommend this lovely little hotel.

The generous breakfast buffet won me over. I’d usually eat out when I’m somewhere new, but after trying it once I kept having breakfast at the hotel for the rest of the stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, the rooms spacious and comfortable, and the hotel has plenty of history and character. It’s a short walk to Limoges centre and easy to reach from the station. This first visit to Limoges felt special because of the hotel. Highly recommended.

The owner knew Limoges inside out and pointed us toward some fantastic restaurants, bars and museums, all a short walk away. We had a fantastic two-night stay in a wonderfully restored building. The decor respects the era, and the place feels charming and full of soul.

The host was really helpful, and breakfast was good. It’s a beautifully restored building with nice, large rooms, and the city is within walking distance. There’s no air conditioning, though fans are provided. Parking on site is limited, but the car park right across the road costs only 2 euros a day.

Lovely rooms, a helpful host and a perfect location. Just be careful in high summer: our room was 30c one night. It’s only a room, with no fridge, air conditioning or coffee machine.
