The apartment was modern, comfortable, and laid out nicely. We especially liked the dining room view over the garden, and my son enjoyed using the exercise bike in the basement. It’s easy to reach Strasbourg by tram from Le Jardin, about half an hour from the door to the city center. Simone was always there when we had questions and gave us great excursion tips. The owners were so attentive and lovely to talk to. We had a wonderful, really relaxing week as a family with two older children. After we arrived, we were welcomed with quiche, salad, and wine, which was delicious and meant we didn’t have to cook. Two of us don’t eat meat, but Simone handled that confidently and made sure everyone was happy and full. The fridge was stocked with butter, eggs, cheese, and milk, and there was coffee, tea, chocolate, and croissants for our first breakfast. It felt like a real luxury. We also really enjoyed the fruit basket. The beds were very comfortable. We’d happily come back anytime. Highly recommended!

Simone and Pierre made us feel so welcome. They’re such kind people, and this place really feels like a peaceful haven. Getting to Strasbourg is easy too, with the cycle path beside the Bruche River, barely 8 km away. Pierre and Simone, thanks for everything, and please take care of yourselves. I’m updating my review after an informational glitch. This place has everything you could want, starting with Pierre and Simone’s warm welcome. From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d have a pleasant stay. The peaceful garden and the clean, comfortable rooms all added to it, and the quality of service felt worthy of a 5-star hotel. There were so many thoughtful extras I’m afraid I’ll forget some: a bottle of Crémant to celebrate the birth of our great-granddaughter, an "Alsatian" welcome meal, a fruit basket overflowing with delicious pastries, kouglof, and more. It really deserves all the praise.

The tram is only a 10-minute walk away, and everything’s set up to make for a lovely stay. You can book with confidence, especially if you’re traveling with children. It’s rare to find a place this clean and so exceptionally well equipped for a family. Simone is kind and generous, and she’ll take excellent care of you. If comfort, convenience, attentive service, and very friendly owners are what you’re after, this is the place.

It’s outside central Strasbourg, but well worth the trip. The apartment is huge and luxurious, with everything you could want and more. The bedding and fluffy towels are high quality, and they even left thoughtful breakfast supplies. We loved the Christmas decorations. We didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful garden, so we’ll definitely return in summer. Thank you, Simone and Robert!
