A friend recommended this place, so we stopped in for lunch and it felt like a local spot. The starter was a buffet with a variety of salads and charcuterie. My husband had the salmon, which was good. I had the steak, cooked perfectly medium rare and good too. We noticed most places in France overdo their meat, so that was a pleasant surprise. We each had carafes of red and white wine. Good value for money.

A very good experience, with friendly people and a fair price.

The owner's cooking is simply excellent, like a real chef. The owner and the young lady are very kind, and both the hotel and restaurant are really nice. Prices are very reasonable too. I'm staying here while working in Lisieux, and honestly, I'll be back. Thank you. Sincerely, Gregory (yellow truck)
