We came from California to visit the famous site of St. Thérèse, and my sisters and I stayed here for a few nights. The staff were kind and so helpful, patiently handling our many questions and requests. We really enjoyed the buffet as well. We had a very good stay and highly recommend the hotel. Many thanks to all the staff.

It's a beautiful, classical hotel, and the staff were kind, friendly, and spoke English well. The location and parking were tricky, though, and my car was towed on the 31st of DEC. Apart from that, everything was perfectly beautiful!

The hotel is in a good spot in the town center, and breakfast is a good standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. The place feels a bit dated, and the rooms could use an upgrade.

The staff and amenities were excellent, and the hotel would get five stars from me if check-in weren't as late as 4 pm. This is a hotel, not a brothel.

A lovely room and a nice place to stay, with friendly, helpful people. There's a great restaurant around the corner for dinner, and the place is cycle friendly.
