We were moved here from Angelic hotel after making our reservation, and in my opinion this place is a dump. The room was cramped, the carpet dirty, and the beds squeaked whenever you shifted. It felt very old to me, more like a one-star hotel. Our manager misled us by saying it was great and better than hotel Angelic. I doubt anyone would choose this place if they knew what it was like, and I'm sure other guests end up here after being sent over too.

Some of the staff could use improvement in customer service. Credit to the good ones, though. 👍

My mother's wallet was taken from our hotel room, and the hotel showed no interest in helping. They told us, “Not my problem! Go to the police!” Earlier comments suggest this has happened to someone else there before. Be very careful, and avoid the place if you can.

We got a lovely, warm welcome, and the service was great. The hotel is in a fantastic spot, really close to the sanctuary. I'd definitely recommend it!
