What stayed with me most was how warm and welcoming the owners were. We arrived in Lourdes unprepared, and they made us feel looked after, even giving us information for our visit to the sanctuary. The hotel was economical and suited our simple needs, though it’s definitely not luxury. The sanctuary was a 10-minute walk away, and the train station was an easy five-minute walk even with luggage. Our room was quiet, perhaps because it was off-season and we were there alone. Breakfast worked well for us, with no eggs, and there were nearby options for lunch and dinner. We felt lucky to find it, especially with our small budget.

We were grateful to be able to leave some of our luggage here for a week while we hiked in the mountains. The hotel also made a perfect starting point for our Pyrenees hike. Our room was simple and clean, and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast with fresh croissants. We had a very pleasant stay, thanks a lot! Recommendable!

The manager was very kind and welcoming, and gave us great advice about the city. Our Chantilly room was lovely and reasonably clean, with a comfortable bed. Its convenient location made it easy to get around nearby and return to the hotel whenever we wanted.

We stayed with our two children, and everything went smoothly. The room, amenities, and services were perfectly adequate for the price. A cozy little hotel with a homey feel. Our room was small but had a shower, and the rooms are named after major cities around the world. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the station, and around 10 minutes through the souvenir shop area to the Lourdes spring. McDonald's, an internet cafe, and a laundry service are nearby. I think it’s a good base for exploring the city. The young woman who works here is studying Japanese.
