The team made everything easy, from a welcoming check-in to a smooth departure. Check-out is at 11 a.m., but they were happy to keep our bags at reception for as long as we needed. The warm atmosphere added to the stay. Stella Hotel is only a five-minute walk from the Lourdes Sanctuary, with cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby. We had a spacious, clean room and bathroom, though the mattress could use an upgrade. There’s a pretty garden and terrace, plus a relaxing area on the eighth floor. Highly recommended.

The location was the best part, with the main historical and important places close by. Reception was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. Parking was convenient, though it cost an extra 12 euros. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but I would have liked more choices and variety. All in all, we had a good experience.

The room and location were nice, with the Lourdes Grotto nearby. We did have to wait because it hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, but it was worth waiting for. It’s a very new hotel to enjoy. Visit and see for yourself!

The food here is frankly unhealthy. Pilgrims may not expect fine dining, but in 2022 we should still be able to expect simple, healthy options like a basic mixed salad and fresh vegetables. Instead, we were served various concoctions covered in sauces. They were fatty and unpalatable as well as unhealthy.

I stayed at Hotel Stella with my parents and uncle, and we had wonderful days there. The staff were always kind and ready to help with any issue, especially Lyla. They really seemed to care about giving guests the best experience for their trip. The cooks are excellent too, so it’s a good place to eat. Thanks so much to Lyla and all the kind staff. I hope to come back. Have a good work 😊🤗🌸
