The property has a relaxing feel, with a stream running through it, while still being close to the city center. We rented four apartments for a week-long business trip nearby, and all of them were equally wonderful. The staff were professional and readily available. We'd be happy to return on our next trip.

We ended up paying €60 more than our original booking, even after the hotel offered a gesture that let us stay. Without that, it would have cost €120 extra. During the Rouen Armada festival, we couldn't find another place at the price we'd booked six months earlier. The owner never followed up on resolving the problem or offered compensation for the extra costs, including calls to foreign Booking.com, food we had to throw away because there was no apartment, and the cost of finding somewhere else for the night. We'd booked six months ahead. The day before arrival, I contacted the owner to confirm the reservation, ask what was available in the apartment, and find out how to get in. I was told they'd send a code on the afternoon we arrived, but it never came before we got there. At 8 PM we were locked out of the hotel, and nobody answered the phone for two hours. Booking has a 30-minute follow-up process with the hotel before cancelling and helping you find another place, but I had already contacted the hotel through Booking email more than an hour earlier. I found a hotel myself rather than wait again. We were told the manager, the owner's son, had a phone outage and couldn't get online. Apparently, that left no way to send the code for over eight hours, even though it should have arrived by 2 PM, the start of our stay. The manager clearly doesn't understand customer service. A complete lack of professionalism. Avoid at all costs!

A great business trip stay. The team was responsive, and the apartments were high quality.

I can't recommend this place. There was no professionalism.
