I paid 435 euros for five nights and had several problems. The beds were very uncomfortable, I ended up with several bites on my body that seemed to be bed bug bites, and the room was around 25 degrees all week. Only the second fan I requested helped bring the heat down. I asked for a late checkout because I'd be out late the night before, but reception didn't understand the request. Then someone knocked on my door around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday (27/07). I'm shocked EuroGames recommended this through the Spartaner platform. I'd appreciate a manager contacting me. Augustin was a big help when my room felt freezing and I had a cold. He showed me how to turn on the heaters. The staff were lovely and responsive, and even the cleaners tried to understand me despite my not speaking French. Cleaning could be better, though. On my second day there were strange stains on the corridor carpet near my door, probably because of two very loud dogs staying on the same floor. I hadn't realized pets were allowed. Everything else was good, and I'd recommend the place to friends or consider staying again.

The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful, but the rest of the stay was bad. Cooking facilities didn't work, so we had to eat every meal at restaurants, making the trip much more expensive than planned. Our room wasn't clean, there were dirty dishes in the cupboard, and we were given only one towel for two people staying four days. I wouldn't recommend this apartment or come back.

The room cost €100 a day during Fete des Lumiere, and late checkout was another €12. Room cleaning wasn't included, so you had to pay extra. By the third day, we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The beds, sheets, and towels were old and dirty, and ventilation was poor. The service desk was closed most of the time, and the staff were rude and unfriendly. One of the worst hotels I've seen in Europe. Disgusting.
