This market feels more like an upscale food hall than a regular place to shop. Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse gives you a good taste of why Lyon is known for its food, with seafood, cheeses, charcuterie, pastries, prepared dishes, and plenty more. Many of the counters have the feel of small specialty shops, and the quality is top notch. It costs a bit more than an everyday market, but I thought the experience was worth it. I’d wander around, choose a few things, and eat there. It’s almost like a little food tour, and a great way to sample lots of different things in one stop. Food lovers will enjoy it. 👉 Check my profile for more travel tips and hidden spots.
