Shakha at reception made a real difference during my stay. She was kind and professional, and always ready to help with a smile. She helped from check-in onward and answered my questions, making sure things went smoothly. Her friendliness and attention to detail made me feel welcome and looked after. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a welcoming feel from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be more satisfied.

We picked this hotel because the price was good and the old town was within walking distance. Staff were friendly and explained the cleaning policy clearly. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, though the decor felt quite old-fashioned. The TV looked dated, but we didn’t use it. There wasn’t a power socket by the bed, and the street didn’t feel very safe late at night. Good value if, like us, you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city.

The staff were kind and helpful, and you can reach most sights without needing transport since the hotel is only ten minutes from the city center. The rooms are clean, but outside noise comes through even with the windows shut. I’d recommend it for a short stay.

My mother is elderly, and because the airline permanently discontinued its Skopje to Lyon route, we had no way to reach the city. There are no other direct flights, and a journey with multiple flights wasn’t feasible for her. I sent the hotel official airline proof of this Force Majeure situation, which was outside my control, but they rejected every reasonable compromise and refused to help. I’m extremely disappointed with the management. They’re keeping all the money from a stranded family for a room they know will be empty. This is the coldest management I’ve encountered. If your flight is cancelled or your route is dropped, this hotel will take your money and run. Avoid it if you value your money.
