The area felt safe and was quiet and convenient, and the reception staff were lovely and really helpful. We had a wonderful stay in the Junior Suite. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated, and I’d stay here again.

We stayed with our 11 month old baby. The room was clean and spacious, the location was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Breakfast had a great choice of food and drinks. During breakfast, someone from the staff would ask for our room number, then go into the kitchen and write it down somewhere. But at checkout they asked whether we’d had breakfast each day, so I don’t understand what asking the room number was for if it wasn’t being recorded. The rooms were clean, though the cleaner came in even when we’d left the Do not disturb sign on the door. At check-in, the person seemed like they were doing it for the first time and didn’t give us much information about the hotel amenities.

We didn’t have breakfast, but we did get cappuccinos at the hotel each morning. The room was clean and serviced daily, with a comfortable bed, good shower, refrigerator, and kettle. It was quiet and a reasonable size, and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect, in a quiet area close to excellent restaurants, the metro, and several museums, with other areas within walking distance. Honestly, we weren’t sure what to expect, but the hotel exceeded it.
