The room was clean, though some are pretty tight. If you need air conditioning, you have to ask reception for a remote. The gentleman at the desk was pleasant.

Everyone here has been kind and helpful, and we feel safe. We’re so glad to have this lovely room right in the heart of Lyon, just steps from great food and shopping.

At the price they charge, this is outrageous for a four-star hotel. I’d say it would make a very good two-star place, but it can’t be considered four-star by any means.

Great place with helpful staff. My only complaint is that being so close to so many good eateries has made me fat.
