I was in town for work, and while the location was okay and the staff were friendly, the stay itself was disappointing. The room was cold because the heater didn't work, even though it was snowing outside. Water also took ages to drain from the bathroom sink. Housekeeping costs extra, and the breakfast room was quite dark, with most of the food frozen. Parking has a separate charge too. The Booking photos showed a balcony, but my room didn't have one, so they gave the wrong impression.

The hotel was very nice, with friendly staff and free luggage storage. Our room was clean and had a decent-sized bathtub, and the AC actually worked well. There's a washer and dryer available, though each costs 5 euros to use, so 5 euros to wash and another 5 euros to dry.

Just a short walk from Lumière metro station, so getting around was easy. My room was clean and comfortable, and much more spacious than expected. It also had two shower areas, a kitchenette, and access to the garden courtyard.

The kitchen sink was the only real issue, since it drained very slowly. Otherwise, everything was good: the room had a nice view of the premises, reception staff were good, and the metro station is close by. I've posted a full room and hotel tour on my YouTube channel, The Destination Collective.

The room was the best part: really large, and mine had a balcony, which I appreciated. It was also easy to take the underground a few stops to Bellecour. I stayed for a week in March and enjoyed the hotel overall. There aren't many amenities, but it had the essentials I needed, including a garage. The garage is manageable, though quite tight. I'd recommend this apart hotel, even if it's a bit far from the town center.
