I never got my deposit back, even though I left the place cleaner than it had been when I received it, and I had photos to show that. I was a student and needed that money. I’m pretty sure Rachid, the guy managing it, kept it. He seemed very, very sketchy. It felt like a scam. If you’re a student, especially a girl, I’d avoid staying here. The people seemed really dodgy.

It was quiet and clean, and the bathroom was clean too. There’s a convenience store nearby, so it’s easy enough to pick up something to eat or drink. The furniture, including the spoons, forks, dishes, and other things, was in good condition. The refrigerator was small but worked fine. Internet is free, though there’s no Wi-Fi. You need to bring your own blanket because they don’t provide one.

The area was quiet and the location was good. Just watch out for cockroaches at night....

I lived here for eight months a few years back and still have really fond memories of it. It was a lovely place, well connected, and Rachid, the manager, was very friendly. I made three friends at the residence who were in the same situation as me, and we always felt safe there. Highly recommended.
