We were meant to check in at 4 p.m., but the concierge didn't answer the phone and left us waiting on the street until 7 p.m. After three hours we gave up and went to another hotel, which was available a 25-minute walk away. Four hours after we arrived, the owner called. He was disrespectful and racist, and insulted us when we complained about the wait. This place seems designed to rip people off. Avoid it at all costs.

The apartment we were sent to was on a very noisy street, and inside there was a deafening sound like a huge generator. We couldn't sleep without earplugs. Getting there was a mess: the key for our original apartment was supposed to be in the mailbox, but other guests had taken it. With no way to contact them, we had no choice but to walk 20 minutes to another apartment. Then at 11 a.m. the next day I got several calls and texts telling us to leave by noon and go back to the first place, because the cleaner and incoming guests needed the apartment. We were the ones made to switch each time. They need a proper concierge service and should stop ripping people off. It's expensive, too.

This was a really bad experience, and it felt like they acted in bad faith. The negative reviews are true. Don't make the mistake of booking with them.

There was no staff when I arrived, and the room felt small and dim because the electric lighting was poor. The listing also left out that there was no elevator.
