Mercure Lyon Centre Beaux Arts

Camilla was so helpful and polite, and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. It was a lovely experience at your hotel, with a great location and really lovely people. Thanks for being so welcoming. Hopefully we'll meet again.

Clarisse and Valère at reception were very helpful, and we appreciated being able to check in early for a small fee after the long trip from Australia. We were upgraded to a spacious privilege room that was quiet and well equipped. Such a gorgeous little hotel, in a fabulous spot close to the old town.

We could get around on foot from this hotel, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and sights all close by. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had a great view. I appreciated the bathroom extras: a shower cap, toothbrush, sewing kit, and shaving kit, which you don't often see now. The bath soap smelled amazing, and there was a minibar too. I was welcomed with a robe and slippers. Reception staff were consistently friendly and polite. I'd definitely recommend it.

I loved my stay here. The staff were really helpful, the views of French architecture were beautiful, and the location was central. The shower pressure was the one little drawback. I'd absolutely come back.
