After buying groceries so I could cook, I found the stovetop didn't work. Staff checked three other rooms, and those stoves were out of order too, so I'll have to throw the food away. For the price, it's not the worst place, but it's disappointing that the appliances aren't maintained.

The rooms were clean and good, and the kitchen was useful for a short stay at a low price. The staff were kind and helpful. The cutlery wasn't very clean, though maybe the previous guests left it that way. Thanks for hosting us!

I couldn't stay at all because they wouldn't help sort out a technical glitch that shifted my booking by two days. They were unresponsive and no help, and kept almost 10% of all the money I have as a poor, disabled person. Given these reviews, maybe paying that was a small price for avoiding a bullet with this shady hotel.

The location is handy, with Metro D nearby, plus a tram and bus station, cafes and shops. Each clean room has a bathroom and small kitchen, and there's also a shared kitchen and dining space. Service was very nice. The information desk is open until 7 p.m. daily. Check-in starts after 3 p.m. and checkout is at 11, though they were flexible about those times.

It felt safe and stayed quiet even with the window open. The accommodation is clean, modern, and reasonably priced. Finding somewhere to eat nearby was the snag. We walked at least 3 km and found mostly fast-food pizza places or kebab, which is surprising in a student area.
