This was our second year at the hotel, and they kindly reserved the same room we’d had the year before without us even asking. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. Staff at reception and breakfast were super friendly. Underground parking was convenient, and the metro station right outside gets you to the center in 15 minutes.

We had a spacious room and a huge, incredibly comfortable bed, and the underground parking was really convenient. The hotel staff were excellent, though the restaurant team could be better. Confluence shopping center was an easy drive away, with a nice range of places to eat. If you’re there over the weekend, the Sunday brunch is worth it. I’d absolutely stay again.

We picked the Ruck because we needed a hotel with an EV charging station. The charging worked perfectly, and the staff were very nice. We loved our short stay, especially the spacious room and the huge, super comfy beds.

Our car broke down, so we made an unplanned stop in Lyon at the Hotel Ruck. A big thank you for all the help and kindness. Everyone was lovely and helpful, from security and reception to the restaurant service. Five stars :-) Merci

8/10
The rooms are nice, and the bar and restaurant are pleasant, though the barmaid was the only staff member we found friendly. The rest of the staff weren’t very welcoming. Breakfast was average, and although it’s listed as ending at 10, there was nothing left when we came at 9:45. The Ruck hotel is conveniently close to the subway for getting around Lyon, and near the concert hall.
