The Lodge was cosy, and John gave us a lovely warm welcome when we arrived. There was fresh milk, tea, coffee, and even a bottle of wine waiting for us. Everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing break was there, and John worked hard to keep things to a good standard. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

The rural French setting was lovely, and the place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully set up. John was one of the most considerate hosts you're likely to meet. I can't thank him enough for being there with help and attention when we needed it. He's just a really nice person, and after only a short time I already think of him as a friend. I'm looking forward to my inevitable next visit. Five stars, because six isn't an option! Many thanks, my good man. John and Lisa.
