DOMITYS - Olympe

We arrived at hotel Domitys on 18.11.2023, but the gates were shut. We stood in the rain for five minutes before anyone answered the call and let us in. We were there an hour and a half before 15.00. The administrator gave us a key but said we couldn't check in until 15.00, so we waited. At 15.00, we took the elevator and found the floor selection panel very dirty. Our room was 201, and the floor smelled of stale fish. The room door wouldn't open, so we called the administrator, who pushed it open with her hip and told us to do the same. Inside, the room wasn't ventilated, the mattress was bare, the blankets crumpled, and the room and bathroom were dirty. The administrator said there was no other room, and that we'd have to wait for bed linen and spend the night in the uncleaned room. We refused and asked to cancel. She gave us confirmation that the order was canceled for their reason, but they still refused to return the 100 euros and the 3.5 euros tax. They simply stole our money. We tried several times to contact the Residence afterward, but they ignored us. They still have our money in their account and won't respond or return it.
