The flowers around the house give it a romantic, coastal feel. Josy is a lovely host, very welcoming and happy to share tips for exploring Sarthe.

We spent two nights at Logis de Semur, and the setting and decor made it feel like a place with its own character. The welcome was genuinely warm. I’d recommend Logis de Semur without hesitation.

The conservatory is beautiful, though depending on the weather you can have breakfast in the gardens instead. Josy knows Sarthe’s heritage so well and explains whatever you need to know. She welcomes you so warmly that you feel at home as soon as you arrive at the logis. We loved it and have been telling people around us about the place. Some are going in August. It’s 5 km from ZOO LA FLECHE, which is exceptional.

The watercolor workshop was top-notch, and the teacher was full of energy. Such a warm welcome too. I highly recommend it.

Birdsong and the lovely harmony of colors make this an idyllic spot for a relaxing countryside holiday.
