The staff were friendly when we arrived, but when we needed help, things changed. They offered another room, though we worried the bed bugs might be in the other rooms too. We got our money back and found somewhere else to stay. We had been lying on the bed for a while when we spotted bugs on the pillow, then found them across the bed. We counted about 30. After looking into it, there seemed to be so many, in different sizes and generations, that we thought they had probably been there a long time and could be in other rooms too. I have never seen anything like it. We left our phone number and email so the manager could contact us about compensation for finding a new room late at night and sanitizing our bags. We still hadn't heard back, and when we called a week later, the owner refused to contact us. Never stay here. With that many bed bugs, sanitizing the place is going to take a long time.

The room was alright and the staff were friendly, but the Wi-Fi was so bad it felt like having no internet. Even YouTube videos at 144p took forever to load. Please don't list Wi-Fi as a hotel service when it barely works. Also, having to leave your key at reception when you go out is a bit strange, though I didn't mind that.

It isn't very expensive, so students might find it suitable. The room felt small and dim, there weren't many charging points, and the heater or air conditioner wasn't working.
