Le M Hôtel

For a small hotel, Le M is actually great. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was beautiful, and the location was good for the price. I’d gladly stay there again. My two complaints: there’s very little counter space in the bathroom, and they don’t provide complimentary water in the rooms.

The staff were kind and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. After we’d left France, we realized the next afternoon that we’d forgotten sunglasses in the room. The cleaning staff had set them aside, and the hotel team kept in close contact and helped send them to me abroad. I’m very grateful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the charming central street is close to great restaurants and shops. The location is perfect, and for the price, the place is hard to beat. A big thank you to the Le M Hotel team, highly recommend!!

The room was excellent value, and the Metro was only a few minutes away. We stayed at Le M Hôtel for a few days in Marseille. Both the room and en-suite were sparkling clean and well serviced. A bigger wardrobe and some drawers would’ve been welcome, but that didn’t take away from the experience.

The room and location at Le M Hotel were great, but the service is what really stood out. After our luggage went missing and our original AIRBNB turned out to be uninhabitable, the staff helped get our bags delivered and let us store what we had with us for longer than one night. They went above and beyond to help get our Marseille visit back on track. We’re deeply grateful for the superb service.
