Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris Massy Gare TGV

The rooms were the best part for me: roomy, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds for two, and a convenient TV setup. The channels and entertainment are limited, mostly French, though. The window view is nothing special, and daily cleaning is optional, so you’re mostly looking after the room yourself. It’s easy to find and right beside the TGV, which is a real plus. The gated entrance caught me off guard, since I expected reception to be right there. With luggage, figuring out how to get in felt like a little adventure. The reception area is compact but wasn’t crowded. Breakfast was decent, but 15 euros felt a bit steep. Also, there’s no phone or direct way to reach staff from the room.

I especially loved the croissants at breakfast every day. Thanks, Sokhna! Tatiana kept the rooms clean regularly, and Leo, Antony and Alexander made sure I felt welcome and had a pleasant stay. Antony also pointed me toward some good places to visit and shops in Paris. Everyone had smiling faces and made me feel at home. Thank you all, and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2026 😊.

Breakfast was nice and the staff were very supportive. Everything else was good too, but during my week there the hotel policy meant no room cleaning at all. I don’t think that’s appropriate. The room should be cleaned at least twice a week.

I booked two family rooms and listed the right number of people, including the children. Still, neither sofa bed was made up, and there were no pillows or sheets for either one. When I asked at reception, they said nobody could help because I’d checked in late. That was really frustrating and not the service I expected. I won’t come back or recommend the hotel.
