The restaurant's menu is small, but the food is really high quality. I especially loved the fries, haven't had ones that good in ages, and the service was excellent. We felt welcome and comfortable and would definitely return. It's a family-run campsite with good facilities, including clean sanitary blocks, minigolf, and a soccer pitch. The only minor downside was how slow the WiFi was around the bar and restaurant.

The owners are lovely and always willing to help. This family site is quiet but has good facilities and is well served.

The airfield next door is the one drawback if you're looking for peace and quiet. Small planes pass over the campsite every hour. Otherwise, it's a pleasant, shady place with a warm welcome and very professional staff. The sanitary facilities are kept in great condition, and toilet paper is provided.

We only spent two nights here, and had a really nice stay. The pitches were roomy and pleasant, with lots of trees and bushes, and the campsite itself was lovely. The sanitary facilities were spotless, and people spoke good English. The person at reception was very helpful and suggested Talmont-sur-Gironde. We went, but found it very touristy and not particularly special. The little church was beautiful, though we'd seen enough after an hour. The surrounding area is lovely.
