The hotel's location is unbeatable, just steps from everything, including the ski lifts, with a cute food market next to Au Vieux Moulin. Megève is beautiful, historic, cozy, and touristy, but still has that magical alpine feel. We found the hotel peaceful and quiet, though I'm not sure if that's usual for the season. The shared spaces are the real charm. The lobby and living room are beautifully designed and inviting, and I preferred spending time there to being in our room. The rooms are simple and practical, but comfortable. Breakfast was included and excellent. Dinner was fantastic too, and I would happily eat at the hotel instead of going into town, where restaurants can be hit or miss and expensive for what you get. We'd absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is right in the centre and has great service. The room was clean and good, breakfast was nice, and all the staff were helpful. Sylvain deserves a special thank you. If you see a man with tidy hair, dark brown eyes, and a friendly smile, he's incredibly attentive and kind. Amazing experience.

Our first stay at Hôtel Au Vieux Moulin was at the start of our 10-day Haute Route Alps tour with twowheeltours. We had 20 rooms for our clients, and the team made room for our mechanic and masseurs as well as serving us 'sportif' dinners. Stefania and Ophélie were super helpful, and even GM Christof came to introduce himself. The hotel is close to beautiful Megeve's pedestrian area and has parking for a few vehicles. We've stayed in Megeve many times over the years and will be back.

The full breakfast was awesome, the accommodations were great, and the staff were very attentive. It's a short walk to the RocheBrune lift.
