I enjoyed dinner overall. Some dishes were delicious, others just okay. I'm in the hospitality industry and enjoy trying fine dining, so I wanted to mention something I think could have been handled differently. I found a bullet in my hare course. When we told the staff, they acted as if it was perfectly normal, without even half an apology or an explanation. It didn't bother me, and I understand that it can happen. Still, some concern and more attention to prevent this in future would have been appreciated, at least professionally. I hope this helps improve the experience for future customers. Finding a bullet in a dish at a 3 Michelin restaurant still isn't normal. Best regards

The tasting menu felt generous for a three-star Michelin restaurant, and the wine pairings worked beautifully with it. Every course was delicate, elegant, and inspired by nature. Thanks to Chef Emmanuel Renaud and Emilie for the excellent cooking and warm welcome in the dining room. Even as the only guests who didn't speak French, we felt completely at ease. A fantastic dinner.

The bill came to over 1,000 EUR for two, which felt like a stretch. I've eaten at other three-star Michelin restaurants and left this one wanting a bit more. The food itself was imaginative, with striking presentation, and they often finished dishes at the table. We had seven savory courses and two desserts after starting with a drink in the upstairs lounge, a cozy room with Michelin signs on the walls that hints at the restaurant's history. The staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke good English. The drinks selection was fascinating, and getting a copy of the menu at the end was a nice touch. I'd suggest it to someone who really appreciates the chef's creativity and the restaurant's long history, rather than someone expecting a posh dinner out.

The service was right on point, and the little apartment was close to town. The breakfast basket arrived each morning in a cute basket, with freshly squeezed juice. Absolute perfection. We'll be back!
