The rooms in the converted barn were enormous, which worked really well for our family. Breakfast was the letdown: just bread and jam, despite the reviews I’d read highlighting it. The boys especially look forward to breakfast on our trips to the south of France. Parking was on a quiet road outside, so we emptied the car to feel it was safe. I mentioned the breakfast when we left, but got a poor response.

We spent three days enjoying the sights around the area and were glad we stayed here. It’s close to Vernon and Givernay, with outdoor tables and chairs, a good breakfast featuring local produce, and an excellent host. We really enjoyed this B&B.

We’d definitely return. It’s a lovely little place, and the hostess was so friendly. Breakfast is simple, but made with care, and our dog was warmly welcomed too. She even offered us a room with a terrace on the spot so the dog could go outside.
