The rooms are tiny, and the WiFi doesn't work at all.

It was decent.

The reception and breakfast service were perfect, thanks to staff who were so welcoming, attentive to guests' well-being, available, quick to respond, and accommodating. The room was small, and the TV was mounted too high to see the picture easily when lying in bed. Those things were minor for us, since we only used the room to sleep.

It's very easy to reach the hotel from Italy. You cross the border and it's right there. Our arrival was on time, but nobody was at reception. We called the number listed on the website and got no answer; about 20 minutes later, a young woman showed up with the keys. We'd booked a double room, but were given two single rooms with double beds instead, and there were no other options to choose from. The beds were comfortable, though the white leather covers looked very dated. The bathroom was tiny but clean and had the essentials. The rooms could use some work: there were a few crevices, the occasional little bug, no mini-fridge, and some hideous closets. Breakfast wasn't included, and that was the only thing anyone asked us about. At €15, I could eat my way through breakfast. I didn't leave a very negative review because I already had a clear idea of what to expect, but for what I paid, I thought there'd be more than there was.
