We had such a magical stay with Walter and Valy. Their home and garden are wonderful, and they looked after us so well. Our son loved the pool and garden, and our room was spacious enough to feel like our own apartment. The breakfasts are something we’ll be dreaming about for years. It’s a peaceful, beautiful spot in the Loire Valley and a great base for visiting some of the Chateaux.

The garden felt like heaven, and with the lovely weather we spent happy stretches by the swimming pool with a drink and a good book. Walter and Valy are such welcoming, friendly people, and breakfast was amazing, made with local products. We even liked taking the leftovers back to our room for lunch. The room was clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette where we could cook, and the bed was very comfortable too. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and hope to come back soon. We’d give it more than five stars if we could.

There’s parking on the fenced property, along with a charging station for electric cars. The guest house has a really distinctive charm, and after a wonderful night we were treated to a breakfast that was a feast for the palate, eyes, and heart. The hosts were incredibly friendly. Fantastic stay.
