Clos Bamboo is a quiet, minimalist little place, tucked away behind the main property. We came by car from far away and Jean Guillaume welcomed us warmly. The space was just what we expected, peaceful and zenlike, a nice break from the bustle of the city. There isn't a TV, but there are books, comfortable chairs, a king-size bed and a cosy kitchenette. Outside, there's a deck with a comfortable chair for relaxing or having dinner. Thanks again to Jean Guillaume for making us feel so at home. We'd gladly return, and I highly recommend it.

Parking was the only little snag, though the owner kindly offered me his own space. The hosts do everything they can to make your stay pleasant and are incredibly welcoming. It really feels like being at home. I've passed the address along to my contacts and will happily come back next time I'm in the Bordeaux region.

My friend and I had a lovely short stay, thank you! The owner made us feel very welcome, and the spacious studio was comfortable, with a 1.60m queen-size bed and a fully equipped kitchen. 😀

It's hard to find street parking at the end of the day. The place itself is clean and functional, but breakfast costs far too much for just three small pastries and two rolls.
