Vanessa at reception made me feel right at home. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to meet someone who takes such pride in her work and treats guests with that kind of warmth. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with a calm, pleasant atmosphere. Every interaction with the staff was positive. I left feeling relaxed and appreciated, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. The receptionist’s greeting felt indifferent, and there weren’t enough parking spaces. In the room, the mattress halves weren’t zipped together, so we felt like we were slipping into the gap, and the bottom sheet didn’t fit. The water at reception hadn’t been replenished either. Our safe was already locked, so maintenance had to drill it out and replace it while we went out.
