The room stayed quiet even though the hotel sits by a busy roundabout, and the cot was comfortable for my child. I also liked the high ceiling. The carpeting and the property in general are dated, but it was clean, so that didn’t bother us. With a full breakfast included, clean rooms, and the train station only minutes away, it felt like great value. The breakfast could hold its own against one at a fancy hotel.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and breakfast was as good as some I’ve had at five-star hotels. I stayed one night on 27/12/24. The place is a little dated, but for the price I thought it was excellent value. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in Metz.

The soap was empty, and neither the heating nor the phone worked. The shaggy carpet rarely seemed to get vacuumed. They allow dogs and cats, so you can draw your own conclusions.

The bathroom doors in the twin room were transparent, and the place was absolutely horrible. They also refused to give me a refund when they should have. Avoid it at all costs.

The room could have been cleaner, but it was still a very good stay. Great location, amazing breakfast, and really nice staff. Definitely recommend.
