Chris at the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is only a couple of minutes from the train station. For guests arriving by car, they recommend an adjacent car park and arrange a special daily rate for Ibis guests, payable at the hotel. Great service, and other Ibis properties should do the same. Breakfast was very nice, in line with Ibis standards, with local items.

We booked at the last minute, and the staff were very friendly. The room could've been cleaner, the shower held water, and its rod was broken. Breakfast seems like good value for the price; what we ate was fresh, and the coffee was good. It's fine for an overnight stop when booking last minute, but for a longer stay I'd definitely look elsewhere.

The location was perfect: close to the train station, a Mettis bus stop, and the Centre ville. We had a great stay and the service was excellent. I'd recommend it and would definitely come back.

The room was decent, and the staff were so helpful. Mr Chris in particular was fantastic, very kind, pleasant, and ready to help.

The room for three was surprisingly spacious, and the breakfast was excellent, with fresh local products. The location was excellent too. Noise insulation between rooms isn't the best, so noisy neighbours can be heard. I stayed once in August, then chose to return to the same hotel in November.
