We took a chance on this hotel because we needed to be near Lyon's St. Exupery Airport. An Uber cost $17.00, and the other branded hotels nearby were considerably pricier. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise: the front desk staff were friendly and the room was clean. The decor also stood out from the usual hotel chain look, with graphics in the hallways and elevator. There's an electric gate for security. Highly recommend!

The reception alone deserves five stars and more. Both ladies were terrific: kind, friendly, patient, professional and helpful. They were the friendliest and most helpful hotel reception staff I've met anywhere. Our room was spacious, lovely and clean. It did get quite warm, and we couldn't adjust the temperature ourselves; opening the windows meant highway noise. That small downside was far outweighed by the staff's warmth. A huge thank you. The hotel is well placed for a concert at the LDLC venue, and prices are reasonable.

The gentleman at the front desk was rude in a very Parisian way. The location is supposedly close to the airport, but that feels overstated. Also, it's connected to a Burger King, which is odd.

The staff were superb, especially Mediouni (from Spain), who was welcoming, helpful and a real joy to talk to. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was freshly made, including the bread. Great value for money. If we return to Lyon, we'll definitely stay here again.

The price was great, and the rooms were very nice and super clean. Getting to the location is a bit difficult, but if you're looking to stay in this area, go for it.
