Bernard and the staff made me feel like one of the family. I was hiking around the region, and this was an ideal base. Bernard gave me helpful advice that made my hikes better, along with tips on where to find great meals in Mirpoix. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Mirpoix.

The rooms are beautifully appointed, with air conditioning, in a lovely historic building. This is the most beautiful hotel in France, right in central Mirepoix. Bernard has owned it for 30 years, and you can tell it's a labour of love. Highly recommend.

The interior is lovely and the location is perfect, but my coffee was burnt. The cappuccino was mostly frothy, burnt milk. With a decent coffee and the right barista, this could be a lovely place for breakfast.
