A very cool hotel in a small village. We were just passing through for one night, and would have stayed longer if we could.

The breakfast was a highlight, with a cozy room and a buffet offering both sweet and savory choices. Eggs and tea were made fresh when requested. The staff were attentive and very friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Each room has its own decor, with thoughtful details throughout the hotel.

The service was exceptionally good, and the hotel also has the Margot restaurant, serving regional food and wine. Out in the countryside, it’s a great place to stay. The rooms are unusually spacious and comfortable, each individually furnished with antique pictures and furniture.

2/10
The room was noisy because it was near the back door, which everyone used after reception closed early. The town is nice, though the restaurants shut very early too. Reception was really bad, with constant calls and emails. Breakfast was okay, but she forgot the tiny bowl of cereal for two. Then she came bursting into our room without waiting for us to say it was okay or open the door. She just opened it directly! We were in shock. Good thing we weren't in the toilet!

The staff were super friendly, and the location was excellent. Our room was spacious and clean.
