The village is quiet and a good base for nearby vineyards and other French villages worth seeing. Our apartment was roomy, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room equipped with the essentials, including a coffee machine, stove, and microwave. The older woman working there was very polite and helpful. When shops were shut for the holidays, she brought us coffee and milk, and even gave us some Easter cookies :) Just remember to bring enough cash, since payment is in cash and the nearest ATM is in the next village.

The room smelled awful, there was urine on the floor, the radiators were turned off, and there were no towels. The owner was very unpleasant and rude. The living room was locked, she kept complaining, and we were thrown out at 10 am like we were dirt. We got no bill. It couldn't have been worse, just pathetic, a complete dump. This poor lady doesn't deserve a place to stay. She had the politeness of an old-school camp guard. In one word, Le Speluno Walo end Spejson
