After missing my connection bus, I went to this hotel looking for a room. The owner was at the door but wouldn’t let me in to check, rudely saying there were no rooms. I booked online and returned five minutes later, but by then all the lights were off and nobody answered the bell. It was 8.30 pm. I paid for a room and got nothing.

The dinner was great, and the room was clean and good. For the price, it was more than I expected. And the people were so friendly! We’ll definitely come back.

The room stayed comfortably cool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I got stuck in Modane because there wasn’t a bus to Briancon, but staying here worked out fine.

Breakfast was generous, with fresh products and often homemade ones too. The whole place had a calm, peaceful feel that suited a relaxing family trip. This is a warm, welcoming family hotel where we felt at home right away. The staff were attentive, helpful, and always smiling. Our room was clean, well cared for, and decorated in a pleasant, friendly style. You can see the thought put into guests’ comfort. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic stay away from the impersonal feel of big chains.
