I came across this place by chance while cycling, since it isn't on Google. It would probably attract more customers if they advertised the bar, restaurant, and tent camping there. I was reviewing the camping, not the rooms. The receptionist seemed a little sad and could smile more. It's a great stop if you're biking with a tent, and I'd recommend it, but be prepared for just one shower and toilet. I'm sure that will change in time, since you can see a lot of improvements have already been made.

Yesterday, while passing the Gites reception, I was shocked to see both owners, a man and a woman, repeatedly kick and hit their large brown dog. The dog looked frightened and distressed. It happened in front of passers by and seemed like deliberate, sustained mistreatment, not a one-off expression of frustration. As an animal lover, I can't support a business where cruelty is part of the environment. I hope others think twice before supporting this place, and I sincerely hope the dog gets the care and kindness it deserves. Animal cruelty in France is illegal and punishable with a large fine. Shame on you!

A lovely place for a vacation, with lots of activities included for singles and families, and it's pet friendly too. The staff are friendly and professional. It's close to Mont Saint Michel, with a nice view, and there's a horse ranch right next door for horse lovers. I recommend it!

We only stayed one night, before visiting Mount St Michel the next day, and really recommend the site. The kids had a park to play in, plus there's a nice outdoor seating area with a bar and food where you can keep an eye on them. There's an indoor pool on site as well, though we arrived late and didn't use it. The host could speak some English, and anything we couldn't sort out was easy to handle with Google Translate.

A comfortable, clean place and a great base for walking or biking around the famous Mont St Michel without worrying about driving. The receptionists were very helpful, and my five-year-old daughter loved the playground equipment.
