We caught a major location error about 30 seconds after my office paid for this booking. Since then, we've tried reaching the hotel through several channels, and my office even asked them to reverse the payment. I was clear about what happened, but we haven't received any replies. I know they have a no-refund policy, but this was an obvious mistake. Taking people's money without providing any service feels like stealing. I'll take this down and won't pursue it further if they stop ignoring us and respond so we can sort out what happened.

We had a wonderful time. The accommodation was nice and close to Château Vaux le Vicomte.

The owner got back to us quickly and was very responsive to what we needed. The place itself is lovely, tucked into the countryside, and the rooms are tastefully decorated. For the price, though, breakfast and basics like shower gel would have been appreciated. The jacuzzi took a long time to warm up, and the sauna was so small that, as tall people, we couldn't use it together. Still, we had a good time in the beautiful setting.

We stayed in the Cupid Jade room, which was spotless and really pleasant, just right for a relaxing break. The jacuzzi and sauna were our favorite parts. I highly recommend it.

We eventually found the entrance, though it was hard to spot in the countryside in the middle of the night. Inside, the accommodation was magnificent and well equipped. The hammam was excellent, but even with the welcome booklet, we found it a little hard to figure out how to switch it on. The jacuzzi water had a lot of limescale, and feeling hard bits against us wasn't pleasant. The garden looked very relaxing, though it's shared with guests in the surrounding accommodation, and we didn't get a chance to try it.
