Breakfast out in the garden was a real treat, with fresh warm bread, garden jam and croissants. We also chose the table d’hote option and enjoyed it. Fred and Brigitte were friendly, well organised, and spoke English, so it was easy to chat with them. Our room felt more like a big suite, and we made good use of the swimming pool. Thanks to you both for a great stay!

The homemade breakfast was generous and really tasty. Fred made us feel welcome, and the room was clean, roomy, and cozy, with a super comfortable bed. It was lovely and quiet there. I'd definitely recommend it! 👌

We loved coming back in the evening after exploring the area. Brigitte and Fred had good suggestions for villages to visit, and their wooded grounds were so peaceful. There’s a swimming pool for springtime too. The room was spacious and cozy, with lovely decor, a big comfortable bed, and a great bathroom. Brigitte’s homemade breakfasts were excellent, and the dinners she made were delicious, a lovely surprise each time. She and Fred gave us such a warm welcome at La Forestière. Three wonderful days, and memories we'll keep!

Brigitte and Fred welcomed us warmly but quietly, and the place, inside and out, was hard to believe for the price. They share their home and daily lives so naturally that we felt we'd known them forever. The meals were delicious as well. Wherever you're coming from, don't hesitate to stay here. It's worth the trip!

We felt at home as soon as we arrived, with hosts who were warm and attentive and made it easy to settle in. The suite was roomy, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and the whole atmosphere was calming. A real peaceful getaway, and an easy place to recommend.
