The upstairs room was so comfortable, and waking up to that endless scenery over breakfast was lovely. Elizabeth put out fresh fruit, French bread, croissants, honey and preserves each morning. We were there for four nights around our nephew’s wedding, and she’d already sent restaurant suggestions before we arrived. Her home is full of local character and charm, and she made us feel completely welcome. Sorry to leave, but we’ll be back, promise. Andy & Debs.

We had both rooms for three nights during a wedding weekend with friends. Elizabeth offered to help arrange anything we might need before we arrived, then gave us such a warm welcome to her beautiful, character-filled home. The upstairs bed was especially comfortable, even for me as a tall person, since it was longer than usual. Breakfast each morning was made with local produce and served on the balcony, looking out over miles of scenery. A real hidden gem in a lovely region, and we were sorry to go.

The breakfast was superb, especially the fresh fruit salad, and our hostess gave us excellent advice. She made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to help. The bed and breakfast is also well situated in the village.

The generous, delicious breakfast and the warmth behind the welcome made this a very pleasant stay. We arrived Friday evening to a lovely spread of tea, strawberries, madeleines and little hazelnut treats. The long room is laid out with the sitting room facing the street and the bedroom looking over the valley. It’s beautifully furnished, and the bed, piled with cushions, was very comfortable. We didn’t see you in person, but could feel how much you wanted us to enjoy our visit.
