The apartment was pleasant, and the room had lovely views with the slopes nearby. The sauna and steam room are quite a walk from the apartments, and the town center is about 20 minutes away on foot. There is a bus stop outside, though. For beginners, the ski route involves a couple of blue runs before reaching the nursery slopes, and kids need the bus into town to get to the nursery area. Most of the staff were nice during our stay, but checkout was a different story. We were spoken to rudely because we hadn't taken out the bins, mopped or vacuumed, washed the dishes, or stripped the beds. We had cleaned the apartment, but apparently not well enough. We would have taken the rubbish out if anyone had told us where it went before checkout. Aside from that, it was a nice place to stay.

Our apartment, A31, was spacious and had good equipment. Getting onto the slopes quickly was another matter: PETITE AIGUILLE stayed closed throughout my six-day pre-season visit, even though conditions were good and the other chairlifts were open. That made its usefulness questionable.

The apartment itself was good, but there was no hot water for two days, and the sauna and Hammam were out of order. Getting to the ski area also meant taking a 15-minute bus ride. Pretty disappointing.

The apartments are beautiful and modern, with a kitchen fully equipped for cooking. There’s also a small sauna for unwinding after snowboarding. The ski bus stops right outside the hotel, and the nearest shop is a five-minute walk away.

The wellness area is small but really nice, and we had no disturbances or surprise charges. Our chalet apartment was cosy, and the receptionist was kind and helpful. She even took my glasses to a local shop in the village where she lives, so I didn’t have to go myself.
