TERRESENS - Neige et Soleil

The spa is fantastic, so remember to book a session every day. The location and service were great too. We had a really nice stay!

The spa was really good, though you'll need to book it in the afternoon. Staff were friendly, and the facilities and decor were very nice. The room was tiny, and when one door was open, you couldn't open another. The location was great for shops and Belle Etoile. Having a raclette in the kitchen was a great feature.

The spa and pool were a nice addition, and the place was generally clean and tidy. We were mostly able to ski in and out, depending on the weather, and the location was good. Our ground floor room faced the car park, so we missed out on the views we’d hoped for, though at least we didn't have far to carry our luggage. The room was okay, with an unusually large bathroom, but it had only a bath and a strangely high toilet.

Check-in only starts at 3pm, and there was a big queue. The hotel is nice, new, and well maintained, with good indoor parking, a nice kitchen, and well-equipped rooms. The lift is a short distance away, and we didn't have to count the plates and cutlery when we arrived. Still, the rooms were really small, and so were the beds, with the double bed measuring 140cm. Watch out for the advertised spa: you can book only 30 minutes between 4pm and 9pm, which is really annoying. It's tiny, with no swimming pool, more like a large jacuzzi with quite cold water. They list toiletries in the price but provided just one toilet roll for the whole week.
