We left after one night of a family holiday with four adults and four young children, including babies. The exposed electrical sockets felt especially dangerous for toddlers, and the rooms were tiny and nothing like the photos. They smelled strongly of cigarette smoke throughout the property, despite the no-smoking policy, and there was no hot water. When water did come out, it was brown and dirty, so we couldn’t bathe the children. The floors were filthy and we found dirty dishes at breakfast. Room phones were broken, leaving us isolated, and the TV was ancient. When we complained about the water, staff responded aggressively and said we didn’t know how to use a faucet. We returned the keys days early, but they showed no concern and didn’t ask why we were leaving. The conditions were unbearable and unsafe for our family. We felt the place was neglected and falsely advertised, and it ruined part of our trip.

We found this hotel through a smartbox and were very happy with our choice. The room had recently been renovated and worked perfectly for our family. We also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, and spent the afternoons unwinding in the jacuzzi and sauna. There’s a nice swimming pool and leisure area in the mountains, with lovely views. I don’t really understand why its average Google score isn’t higher. We had lovely days here, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The food was really good, and we had a great family weekend. The pool, sauna and hydromassage facilities were good too. There are lots of starting points for hiking on the Pireneus trails nearby, just a short drive away. I really recommend it.
