The atmosphere and service were good. The meal was only okay for us, though. We ordered meat, but it was too fatty for our taste, and the panna cotta was nearly liquid, a complete waste. We mentioned it, but they still charged us and gave no refund. The vegetarian meal cost 17€, and the portion we got was too small to fill us up.

The food and wines were excellent, congratulations on those. The service staff were very friendly, but seemed to be beginners without guidance from a professional chef de rang, and managed to make every serving mistake possible. Even so, we had a good time.

Really friendly people. The rooms were a bit hot, but perfect for a night or two.

Good food, a nice place, and staff who were both friendly and efficient.

We had a fabulous meal and a wonderful time, and the people are great. The place is really unique. Just keep in mind that the hallway is narrow, with the original domed paving stones, and the stairways are dark and steep. There's no air conditioning either. As I said, we knew what to expect and enjoyed ourselves. It is, sorry, was a prison ☺️ We would've loved to hear more about its history, maybe next time!
