It looks nice from outside, but my wife made a reservation and that was a mistake. The older woman at reception was extremely impolite. We couldn't get a key for the front door, so going out meant risking not being able to get back in. The promised breakfast for 9€ wasn't available, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. The bathroom was so filthy that showering felt like a health risk. This "hotel" is clearly a no-go zone.

The breakfast was simple at best, with old coffee and stale bread. Everything creaks, cracks, and smells like the past. The pictures make the hotel look much bigger than it really is, and the place badly needs a complete overhaul, basically new everything. It has the feel of a typical French hotel and its former glory, with a trophy from a local flower event where it placed fifth, dated three years ago. Everything I could hope for in a 2-star hotel...

The room was dirty, with bugs under the bed, and everything smelled like tobacco. The price suddenly went up, the greeting was unfriendly, and the door was a pain because I had to enter the code again every time. There were creepy noises in the middle of the night, and the locker was so bad I spent 10 minutes trying to lock the room. I'd get breakfast at a bakery. Please don't go unless you want to sleep in a dirty bed.

The breakfast buffet had only a limited choice. The hotel is old, with narrow stairs and no elevator, and the room was small with old furniture and beds. The bathroom was small too, but at least it had a bathtub.
